This sauce is delicious!  It has a nice rich flavour with the undertones of truffle which I love.  It makes a nice meatsauce with some ground beef.  A new pantry favourite!

Tried this variant for pasta for my kid who loves mushroom. The sauce is at right consistency and the taste is well balanced. This has now become part of our pantry restock list.
