I love it ..it provides just the right amount of shade and privacy. You can customize how much is closed and open...I always keep the side facing the neighbours one panel closed . I think it looks great as well..very stylish and pretty ..it seems pretty sturdy . I have sandbags on the feet for a little extra. I love this way more then I ever loved the gazebo I used to have with zero privacy.  It was kind of a challenge to put together but figured it out in an afternoon lol 10/10

The instructions weren't the best. Had to look online at pictures of it assembled to figure out a couple steps. 

We had one windy day and it broke the straps holding the sides down so now the sides are completely useless with any wind. The beams are a bit flimsy as well a the clips holding the sidings on are plastic so curious to see how long those will last.

Poor quality

Relatively simple installation Hardest to install Not very solid, I doubt I can keep it for years but it's ok for the price Attention to the guarantees - very short. I had a problem with the rope that is used to move the canvas from the top, and they could not help me (I wanted a video one of the photos to install it, because it is detached) Now I have to close it by climbing on a chair and attach it with a rope so not what remained closed

No help from the company

Didnt last a week.

Fragile and poor quality

Wrong size got delivered. Ordered a 10x10 and received an 8x8, didn't realize how much smaller it was until it was fully assembled. Lacks quality and proper instructions for assembly.

Wrong product.

This looks amazing up instructions are a nightmare to try and figure out
