Awesome awning

This was fairly simple to install and is very easy to operate. It was only installed about 2 weeks ago but it seems like a nice quality and should hold up pretty well.

Four wheeler for toddlers

Very nice, instalation went well, however the assembly instructions could have been more precise.  i.e. roll tarp counterclockwise, was that from the right side or the left ?

Sturdy construction

The fabric is nice and durable, the colours bright. I didn't like the fact that it had to be completely assembled. It took 2 people 3 hrs to just assemble the awning before installing. It included only brackets for wall mounting not for ceiling/overhang mounting. Getting a hold of the customer service was very fast by phone and also email. Unfortunately they do not provide ceiling mounts and had no solution where to get them. They had other models with ceiling mounts but I would have been required to buy the whole new awning, frustrating. I ended up selling the awning online because the trouble to find the right mounting bracket for this model seemed too extensive.

Great quality but the assembly was extensive

Cheaply made. Broken corner. Guys I paid to install didn't tell me until completion. Now must be careful it won't fall down again.
