Very very difficult to put together. Took 7 different grown men to assemble. It was insanely doggy to put together. There was even missing holes to use the poles provided. If I could give less than a star I would

Not happy with customer service--after opening package i was missing a part
called customer service and was told to just go out and buy one (which i did) went home and assembled 1 chair only to realize after putting it together and taking apart 3 time that the holes in the seat back did not line up properly to where the bolts go which kept making the chair lopsided.
returning this product and buying one already assembled

Assembling this set took over 4 hours with two people—far more complicated than it should be. There's a major design flaw: the chair legs don't sit flat on the ground. Additionally, screwing in the chairs is extremely difficult because the rod gets in the way, making the process frustrating and awkward. Overall, a very poor design. I strongly recommend avoiding this set—it was a painful experience.
