While quality is good and will last for a long while, parts and/or components are missed or mixed up. The screw holes on the feet or side stands are all beveled only on one side for both two (2) pieces. The bevels should correspond to the outside of the stand(s) left and right side where screw should go in to attach the back rest and the seat. It's like getting a pair of shoes for both left foot.

Wrong Components

Very beautiful and solid. Would miss cushions to make it more comfortable, but as it is to put outside a trade, we will leave it as is. We are satisfied with our purchase.

Excellent value for money

Pretty and sturdy but already seeing some rust after only 3 Days.

Pretty but low quality

It's gorgeous and comfy, but rust appeared on day 2. I've had to apply a rustoleum clear coat to it in hopes of protecting it from further damage which went in awkward at the screws leaving clear drip marks you can see in the sun. The bench is perfect for indoor use, but is not suited to outdoor Canadian morning dew in summer (hadn't rained at all until 2.5weeks post-purchase).

an indoor (not outdoor) bench prone to rust

I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with this bench. After just a few days I have already noticed rust and this will no doubt get worse. I keep the bench on my porch where it is sheltered and it should not be rusting. I am not able to return the product as I no longer have the box. I would like to be reimbursed from Outsunny or Walmart!! I will be discarding the bench as I don't want the rust to ruin my porch
