Lack clarity, leading to difficulties in following them.

Can be straightforward, but instructions can be confusing.

Provides sufficient shade for outdoor activities.

Just really keep referring back to directions. My husband and I put this together. Best bargain for the money!! Would definitely recommend. Has given us great relief from the sun both outside on the deck and inside living by shading our big slider.

Love it!

Let me start by saying the purchase and shipping were awesome. The box arrived at my home in 3 days. The parts were all securely boxed and wrapped. The assembly instructions were surprisingly well written and clearly illustrated. And after it was installed, it worked perfectly. Some minor adjustments were needed to level it on full extension. But the adjustments are also very straightforward and provide plenty of movement for accurate adjustments.

UPS is the worst delivery service. they refused to deliver the awnings to our home we met them on a highway turn out!the awnings are so lovely, the boxes were a little rough which made me leery about the awnings but not a scratch inside! We are really pleased

crisp clean lines

3 separate boxes showed up in 2 shipments within a couple days of each other. All panels were wrapped in a protective plastic that takes a while to remove but considering the alternative of no wrap the panels would have been scratched much worse. So worth it. Assembly is time consuming and definitely 2 people but if your foundation is level and square it goes together fairly well.

Instructions are to vague need more information pictures larger print for the older folks.

The instructions could have been a lot more clearer.  Had to do a couple steps twice.  ?? took long then we thyroid put together.

Poor instructions

this is not what I expected. so light weight and thin metal. Iam Hope to return this . I don't think it will hold up in hard weather

Instructions were poor.  pre-drilled holes didn't line up as they should.  A lot of gaps for rain/snow to get in.  Would not recommend.
