It all came quiçkly, together with each item carefully wrapped and packed.  Everything was there.  Nuts, waskers and bolts in a shrink wrapped package.  Assembly took about 2 hours, but I am 73 and by myself.  Seems very sturdy and assembly very easy with instructions.  Only in it a few minutes but very pleased.  Most are priced over $250 this was $179.  Very happy with purchase.

OutSunny Glider

We received this item quickly, but they were missing a part.  Walmarts customer service was responsive and helpful in getting us the missing part, all via email.  The end result is a decent quality, comfy, good looking glider for our new patio.  Would have given it 5 stars if not for the missing part.

Great glider

Too soon to speak to the quality. I got this to replace a similar one. Something to note, both seats and the table all glide together. My last one had a fixed table and the seats were independent gliders.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality of the particle board and the plastic flip frame hinges is quite poor. One of the plastic hinges was already cracked upon arrival. Overall I'd usually expect to pay less than half of what they're asking for something of this low of quality. The components should be much better quality for the price range they are selling this under.

Poor quality components

The chairs look good but not what i expected. They are a two seated rocker, but, they barely move as rockers. My husband had an extreme hard time to out it all together as many pieces were bent. One chair, the material is tight and the other loose. Water resitant yes, but when it rains, the water stays on so you need to dry it and wait to sit. I would gladly have returned it for a refund, but my husband refuses to undo it. Its too bad that is does not meet our expectation as the price was good and it does look nice on the balcony.

Crooked

I was disappointed with this product because it did not meet my expectations.

The first issue was assembly. Many of the pieces were crooked or misaligned, which made putting it together much more difficult than it should have been.

After we finally assembled it and mounted it on our porch, we discovered even more problems. It rocks very poorly, making it uncomfortable to use. One side of the seat fabric is stretched too tightly, while the other side is too loose, so the seat feels uneven.

Another major issue is that after it rains, the water pools on the seat instead of draining through the fabric. We have to wipe the seats dry before we can use it every time.

I wanted to return it, but my husband didn't want to go through the hassle of removing all the mounting hardware. Overall, I would not recommend this product due to the poor build quality and design.

Disappointed

I'm rather disappointed with this glider. A. Some of the parts were bent and B. because of this, it did not go together well at all. I had to 'make shift' much of this glider to make it work and even then the seat still rubs on the metal when gliding. Obviously a flaw in workmanship. I would send it back for a refund however, I disposed of the box.

Workmanship Flaw

The glider bars are all bent up and the bars are way longer than the frame and the screws aren't long too short! Impossible to put together don't waste your money!!!
