They are comfortable, However, I recommend purchasing a cover for them in order to prevent sun damage. This pairs really well with a propane fire pit.

Product is great , we had a issue with one of three boxes , we created a ticket with pictures of damaged frames  and new box with correct pieces were  delivered in two days , we using this summer and whole family had great experience

Nice patio set, especially for the price. Feels solid and the cushions are comfortable. The directions aren't the most friendly but it was manageable. Definitely great value.

This is a very nice sectional that can be arranged in many ways.  Item shipped quickly and easy assembly.  I like that the cushion covers can be removed and washed-  and the color is very neutral.  Overall, very pleased with purchase.

Your product is OK but the instruction is so so. I had to undo your frame on one chair because it was upside down. It isn't quality assembly at your end, lucky I could find the way to fix it but you will have a lot of return. I should get a credit to have fix the problem without return it.

Patio set came in three boxes. Assembly instructions had no words, just pictures showing two pieces that are to be put together. The pieces were shown as letters, ie. "J" attached to "M". Only one piece actually had a letter sticker on it so it was difficult to distinguish the pieces. It took two of us over two hours to assemble. Each section is independent and there is no way to secure pieces together, so they slide easily. Seat cushion do secure to the bench with attached Velcro tabs but back cushions do not and continuously fall over. The sectional is attractive when put together and the included table looks good with the black glass top.

Cute chair, thick (itchy) cushion, but a NIGHTMARE to assemble! And this is coming from someone who filled their apartment with IKEA after college. Directions aka sketches are horrible, you need 8 hands, and to be able to get into weird spaces as you assemble it. I'll be shocked if it doesn't fall apart after a few seatings.
