Brings back memories of my ex mother-in-law from Venezuela

my husband had cyliac. I got it to make stuff he can eat that is gluten free.  I like the ease of it. the taste is good and it is not gritty.

I thought this was white cirnmeal to roll fish in. Hard to find regular white cornmeal. I had no idea this was pre cooked. I had no idea what this was. it is to be mixed and kneaded to be fried as patties. NOT what I needed to roll fish in. I do t want to buy a flavored mix for frying fush. i want plain white cornmeal not a cornbread mix. Why are the shelves always bare of this oroduct????
