I had this for lunch today and it was ace! The instructions say to microwave it for 4-5.5 minutes, and I put it in for 5 minutes, and it came out perfectly. I was surprised and pleased that the “bowl” is compostable cardboard, rather than the usual plastic. 

I could easily stir the contents and they mixed well together. The taste was excellent, with just a mild spicy heat (there was one chili pepper highlighted out of 4 or 5 peppers, and that felt like an accurate representation). 

If you're looking for a yummy single serving Asian noodle bowl, this definitely fits the bill! I would enjoy more vegetables (it has mushrooms and onions), but I would just have a salad or raw veggies with it next time. It was quite delicious, and I would definitely purchase it again!

This dish was super easy to make. I gave it it to my family to try and it was well liked. This is a great meal to have on hand for busy week nights when you need to get everyone to their extra curricular activities. Or if you're sick and don't have the energy to make a healthy meal.

I found the Dan Dan Noodle bowl by P.F. Chang's to be very tasty. It was easy to make by popping in the microwave for a few minutes. The bowl itself had the perfect amount of sauce. It also had quite a bit of meat, surprising amount as I find sometimes companies can often give little amounts of meat. The noodles softened up and were tasty as well.

P. F. Chang's home menu Dan Dan noodle bowl was delicious and convenient. I packed it on a to go lunch for work and it microwaved quickly and easily. There was just enough flavourful sauce to coat the noodles and it was spiced just right. I highly recommend this home menu item.

PF Chang'd Dan Dan bowl

I've been using this noodle bowl as a quick meal when I don't feel like cooking. It's easy to prepare and comes together fast, which makes it convenient for busy days. 

What I noticed is that the sauce has a mild spicy kick and a slightly nutty flavour, giving it more depth than typical instant noodles. The noodles hold their texture well if you don't overheat them, though the portion feels a bit small if you're really hungry. 

I'd recommend it for anyone looking for a flavourful, quick meal option and if you enjoy light spice along with want something different than basic noodle bowls.

Quick Noodles with a nice kick

The Dan Dan noodle bowl is easy to prepare. The image on the box is more colourful than the actual food itself, but that is true for the majority of frozen dinners. The noodles are a good texture and the sauce is nice. It is sweeter than I expected given that it is described at savoury. The portion size is reasonable. It is enough food for a lunch meal and maybe even a supper if you have a small appetite or you are willing to add a side.

As long as you don't expect the Dan Dan noodle bowl to taste like it would in the restaurant, you will be satisfied.

Decent for a frozen meal

I was feeling so lazy so wanted to try this microwave dinner. I was pleasantly surprised because noodles were bouncy and chewy and it felt like the Korean black noodles. There are some bits of ground meat and mushroom. Not bad if you are in a rush and craving noodles.

Noodles for Weeknight Dinner

This was a tasty Asian style meal for a lunch sized portion. It had a small amount of heat which I prefer. I liked the texture of the noodles despite having been frozen. I would have liked to see more vegetables and meat but its convenience was great.

Tasty Asian Noodles

I was partly satisfied with this frozen meal. There was plenty of meat and the mushrooms had a pleasant texture. There was a lot of sauce which kept the meal from being dry, but overall the dish lacked real flavour. I understand that it was meant to be mild on the spice level but there was no truly identifiable flavour. As for the price, I never would have bought or tried this product if there had not been a cashback offer.

Not Like The Restaurant

I was excited to try this but was pretty disappointed. The flavour was missing - could have used some spice and/or sweetness. I didn't love the pork bits and feel like it being shaved or sliced would have been a better texture. Missing some more veggies! The mushrooms tasted like nothing.
