The marketing of this product says it is easy to apply.  It was horrible.  It did not cut well and placing the tiles inside these trim  pieces lifted the tile off of the wall just enough to cause difficulty applying the tiles to the wall.  If you are going to use the Palisades tiles I would recommend that you use white silicone as your trim piece, so you can keep the tiles flat.
