This was a Black Friday purchase. Delivery was as punctual. The actual fireplace was very well packaged.
We found the instructions difficult to follow but You Tube helped get the job done. 
It looks beautiful recessed in the wall downstairs where it tends to be cooler. Spending time in the family room this winter is going to be more enjoyable and warmer.

Unlike the fresh paint Job on the Camrose Walmart this is excellent.

Minor issue slight bend in the lower facia on the right side. Possibly done while the fire place was packaged.

Hire better painters.

Win win for just right tjey christmas season. Very much satisfied with the purchase.

I ordered this fireplace a month ago and it arrived within a week.  I seems to be great and has many features. Price was very reasonable.  Looks great with the black trim.

Little bit noisy! But beautiful lightning!

Beautiful flame color settings. Love the 42" Paramount Fire Place. I like that the heat source comes from the bottom versus the top like all the other brands. This will prevent overheating any other electronics that may be positioned above the fireplace. I am mounting a TV. 
Called Paramount customer support on a couple of occasions and service was excellent!

It's a bit noisier than my previous unit but it has other features that make up for that.

Love the various flame color options!

Have two of these. One in a bedroom, one in a living room. Works great, lot of lights combinations. It's a bit noisy when on heat mode - not terrible.

the thermostats does not come on and off like it should. you have to turn it up to 84 to get it to start
