The product has a visually pleasing design.

Nice furniture.  These chairs and table make a nice complement to an outdoor deck. Assembly is tedious but not difficult. All hardware and assembly tools are included. Sort it and you'll find it easier to assemble each chair and table. I had no alignment issues on assembly. I used a driver that fit the screw head, to make it easier. On a few screws, the included Allen Key tools were needed due to clearance issues.

Good looking, Very functional

The quality is excellent. The set is beautiful and we really love it. We had a struggle putting it together but learned, loosen it all up and tighten it back down once you have all the screws in place and we were good to go. It takes time to put together, 2 of us, about 1.5 hrs each.

Great Patio Set, solid, nice wood quality!

This set is very comfortable and stylish.when putting this together don't tighten the screws too tight till all are inserted then tighten.That will save you a lot of work and frustration. I learnt that when I assembled the second chair.Very happy with this purchase.

Assembly and happy purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They are actually comfortable. The caning is very poor quality. I don't see these lasting more than a season or two. They look visibly rough just after carefully putting them together. It's too bad because they look quite nice.

These are real nice once we got through all the parts that came with it.  Wasn't just a little assembly required.  Lots of parts.  All in all after we got it together its actually really nice.  I wish the seat cushions would stay in place better but they are comfortable.

Lots of parts

There were a few threaded inlets that were blocked by metal shavings and then painted over in the process. You will catch this and pry them out with a screwdriver or you will wreck the threads of the screw forcing it through. Quality of cushions do not equal price of set.

Assembly can be an issue

In order to assemble the manual is not useful, there are pieces that has a correct side (like the legs) the manual doesn't show this. The cushions don't stay in place while seated, the user has to correct position for that, I have to place a door mat underneath the cushions. Several screws won't align you have to force it to fit. Once the set is assemble it looks good as expected.

Looks Good but has design flaws

Once it is built it is a beautiful set, perfect for what we are using them for.  I bought three sets and we have only put together one. It's very difficult to build.  You cannot do it alone, requires quite a bit of strength and half the time, the holes don't line up.  I would not recommend base on the building alone

Difficult to build

Terrible product. Completely unable to put chairs together. The holes for screws did not line up at all so would have had to drill new holes.  Looking at the bag of screws it looked like someone had previously purchase, also realized holes didn't line up and they returned it. 
The plastic rattan was also already broken in some places. 
Cushions looked thin & cheap.
