Build Quality

Made with robust materials and solid build.

As we were putting the swing together, we discovered that the wood bar under the seat was cracked all the way around, and so the swing could not be sat on safely. I emailed the company about this and requested a replacement part. They emailed me back the very same day and said they were sending me a whole new swing, and that I could either keep the damaged one or throw it out. The new swing was at my house in a couple of days. I was VERY pleasantly surprised at this level of customer service, and they were very polite and apologetic. If only other companies were this accommodating, it would make life so much easier!!

The BEST customer service ever!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] according to my dog this is his sofa and no one is allowed on it but him he loves it!

very comfy dog sofa

Love this swing! Very sturdy and fairly easy to put together.. the bolts aren't labeled but they're different lengths so just group them together by length and you'llbe fine.. Shipping was fast!
Very satisfied with this purchase!

We love it!

Dogs love it, it fits better than my other older foam dog. My larger collie fits on it nicely as well. I like its raised off the floor so east to clean under rather than sitting on the floor

Love this, the green breaks up the room

Our lab loves her new couch!!!! Shipping was fast and it's everything we wanted in a dog bed!

Perfect

Amazing and looks great. Definitely recommend buying this swing set. The price was right and it was delivered sooner than promised. It is well engineered and well packed in a cardboard container. All pieces arrived in excellent shape and nothing was missing.

Definitely worth the price

aosom.com

Fast delivery!!! Setup was relatively easy even though the instructions weren't that great! I thought the swing was going to be really heavy and it isn't which is nice in case we have to move it. It has a nice smooth motion. Great product for the price!

Love this swing!

Exactly as pictured/described! Very happy with the finished product. Certainly a great value for the price. Assembly instructions were brief, but perfectly adequate. A few tips which future customers may find helpful: I recommend first identifying all the parts by comparing them to the illustrations/descriptions, and grouping them together. (Some appear similar.) Though the holes are all predrilled as needed, wood tolerances may be loose by nature. The manufacturer clearly states that one may want to use a rubber mallet, to aid getting some parts to align for assembly; I totally agree. After a few uses (and things settle), I'd suggest going back around and tightening the hardware wherever possible. Prior to delivery, my concern was that I may have to assemble the seat bottom and back (which would've been a bear). I looked at the instructions before unwrapping the parts, and it even suggested using a powered screwdriver. (Ack!)... I was so relieved, to find the seat bottom and back are fully manufactured (i.e. slats are already attached); there isn't a single screw to deal with, in the whole process! It's just putting together some nuts and bolts. Easy!

very poor quickly broke piece while screwing it together very flimsy definitely not worth the price and the paint has already faded off

cheap quality

Very disappointed! I didn't even have it a year and the wood is starting to split. It's beautiful swing but definitely can not endure outside weather. I'll enjoy it as long as it will hold up. But will not purchase again and advise other not to get it.
