I will only use this product in my 2025 Silverado  1500 ZR2 3.0 diesel. I've tried other cheaper def but they reduced my fuel economy. I've actually hit 30 mpg with this product.

when i walk to walmart in veterans metairie , i never dind this one , i find only the green cheap quality but never dind the platinium , u need to put more on shelves guys

For trucks other than diesel haulers, this is the only stuff to use. The stuff from the station pumps could cause thousands of dollars of damage. It's just not as fine as needed for pedestrian vehicles. I highly recommend this product.

Don't use the gas station DEF

Not sure if buying the DEF with additives is worth it.  Store didn't have the regular BlueDef which is cheaper.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't realize I needed it and was able to get it same day.  It is the only thing I can use so I'm very pleased.

I had been using cheap brand def and fuel mileage had gone down 2-3 mpg and noticed more regenerations so I switched to premium def and mileage has came back and  doesn't regenerate it definitely worth the extra money

This is premium def fluid 
This brand compared to gas pump def fluid is a day and night difference 
Once I started using this brand I started having less problems  with my truck doing the regen process

Great stuff

I bought this because it said it would boost fuel economy, and have to admit I was a bit skeptical. It does what it says! I get about 2 more mpg out of my Jeep when I use this. I think it's worth the couple dollars extra, and it does seem to be a little bit cleaner (less of the crusty stuff around the DEF tank if you happen to accidentally spill).

Better fuel economy, less messy than regular DEF

I purchased this DEF product for my husband's diesel truck. Shortly after use—approximately 50 miles into driving—he received a warning message indicating “improper DEF used,” along with a countdown stating the vehicle would shut down in 195 miles unless serviced. The message also advised contacting the dealership.

To investigate, he used a specific gravity tester and confirmed that the DEF was of poor quality and likely expired. Notably, this was the same brand and type he had previously purchased from Walmart without issue. He siphoned out the defective DEF and replaced it with a new supply from AutoZone, which he tested beforehand to ensure it met the required specifications. The AutoZone DEF passed the gravity test and was safely added to the truck.

He then brought the vehicle to the dealership to have the error code reset and to assess whether any damage had occurred. As of now, he has been without his truck for over a week and is still awaiting a full diagnosis and cost estimate.

While the product was easy to use, the quality was unacceptable and appears to have degraded. Unfortunately, there was no expiration date listed on the packaging, making it difficult to verify freshness prior to use. I strongly recommend testing DEF before adding it to your vehicle to avoid costly repairs and downtime.

2nd container i have purchased that the seal was broken underneath.  walmart is known for no questions asked and people are using the product then sealing the cap and box after filling with water.  Do not buy def fluid from walmart
