So disappointed. The day after making the purchase I called to cancel the order and was told that my request was being prioritized. Well, two days later I received an email with a tracking number for the order. I was then told that my order would arrive by November 4th but I didn't receive it until November 9th. I was then told that if I didn't want the purchase I could refuse it at the door but figured since I had already gone through so much I might as well keep it. I open the package to find that I didn't receive the correct colored item - its brown...not grey (which isn't why I was going to cancel the order in the first place, I just found a more affordable product). Lastly, putting the product together was a hassle. Most of the holes aren't predrilled, pointless steps provided, and despite 2 people trying to put this thing together, it still took nearly 4 hrs to assemble.  Do not waste your time or money! If I could give 0 stars, I would.
