I BOUGHT A PAIR LIKE THIS SEVERAL YEARS AGO AND THEY WORKED GREAT.  WAS ABLE TO LOCATE THEM AGAIN VIA WALMART INTER NET.  BOUGHT THREE MORE PAIRS.  DIFFERENT COLORS AND TO KEEP A SET AT AN ALTERNATE RESIDENCE.  I HAVE TRIED OTHER TYPES THAT CLIP ON WITH A METAL SNAP CLIP BUT THEY NEVER WORKED THAT WELL.  THESE JUST SLIDE ON AND HOOK ON THE BELT AND ARE VERY SECURE AND EASY TO PUT ON AND TAKE OFF.

My husband loves these suspenders.   He says they are very comfortable and they don't come off during the day because the belt  hooks go on over your belt.   The hook in the back goes on the belt from the bottom and the back belt loop goes in between the 2 parts of the hook.  If you zoom in on the picture you will understand.  
Some suspenders clip on and might come off as you move around throughout the day.  They are very well made canvas material.
My husband is 5'11” and 220 lbs.   he bought the 42” size.  I hope that helps !

Great suspenders

These are much better than clip on suspenders. I use them when I know that I will be doing a lot of walking or working in the shop. I used to purchase them direct but now that I can get them at Wal-Mart I purchase them from  Wal-Mart.

These suspenders look sturdy.  They don't have the usual snaps, but rather clips that hold onto the belt.

Ridiculous shipping time, nearly a month?  There is no excuse for that.  Suspenders seem to be of good quality but time will tell.  Will update as time goes on.
