We've been trying to get a hold of the seller but they are not responding. We're trying to return the product due to the product not matching the size stated on the site. This rack is NOT  12" H x 12" W x 25" L - it's smaller and therefore will not fit the fuel jugs we purchased. Disappointed with the seller and the product.
