The controller is fine, but the box is crushed.  The package it was sent in was fine as well.  Must have been packed that way.

Remote delivered before estimated date, but it is not an official ps4 remote. not the correct sony packaging either. Have not tried it yet, but disappointed that the description was not correct,  would never have purchased had I known it was a knock off. never had any luck with after market controllers. Hopefully it works.

is not a playstation brand controller like advertised ot doesnt even have PS logo on PS button but does seem to work pretty well. only used it in 2 matches so far.

not sure if it is genuine

it arrived on time, and looked legit, although the packaging was destroyed. it was odd that there was a generic charging cord in the box. anyone who's bought a ps4 controller knows they never have a cord included. used it, and could tell the difference right away. it wasn't smooth like a authentic ps4 controller, the dual shock was weird sounding and feeling, and the material was thin enough for the blue light to shine through the bottom of the controller. im not pleased. also, my ps4 controller charging mount will not charge this controller, neither will the ps4 USB. so the cord included is the only way to charge it, using a phone charging box.

I was so excited for this to come so my kids could stop fighting over the one controller we currently had. yet once I got this in the mail it says used?! why did I pay full price for a used controller

such a disappointment

I received the box already opened and it doesn't work; it won't connect. Is it really dishonest to deliver damaged items?
