The controller is fine, but the box is crushed.  The package it was sent in was fine as well.  Must have been packed that way.

Remote delivered before estimated date, but it is not an official ps4 remote. not the correct sony packaging either. Have not tried it yet, but disappointed that the description was not correct,  would never have purchased had I known it was a knock off. never had any luck with after market controllers. Hopefully it works.

is not a playstation brand controller like advertised ot doesnt even have PS logo on PS button but does seem to work pretty well. only used it in 2 matches so far.

I was so excited for this to come so my kids could stop fighting over the one controller we currently had. yet once I got this in the mail it says used?! why did I pay full price for a used controller

I received this item from a third party seller (Camargo Online Sale). This is not an actual Sony PlayStation 4 control. It is a knock off. It is a P4 controller. Be careful what you order from third party sellers. It is disappointing that Walmart will allow this.
