2nd purchase

I had been struggling to find the perfect pillow for my sleep habits and I decided to try the Polysleep Pillow. I already own a Polysleep Mattress so I knew the quality would be high. 
This pillow was the perfect solution for me! I'm a side sleeper with neck issues and my pillow has improved my quality of sleep tremendously! I can adjust it to the perfect height and its cushiony comfort is awesome! I'm in love with my new pillow!

Took some adjusting to the layers trying less then all 4 layers that works the best.
Did not enjoy having to use 2 size pillows due to Acid Reflux. 
Sometimes my neck is a little sore if I sleep wrong but definitely worth a good night sleep.

J'ai acheté 2 oreillers Polysleep standards et je suis agréablement surprise! Je cherche des oreillers depuis un long moment et ceux essayés en mousse mémoire par le passé sont soit trop gros ou avec une forme. Comme j'aime bien retourner mon oreiller plusieurs fois dans la nuit, j'ai vraiment que celui-ci ne soit pas préformé! Aussi, j'apprécie le fait de pouvoir adapter la hauteur de l'oreiller, c'est très pratique. Bien hâte de voir sur le long terme 🤗

Un oreiller confortable et adaptable

Les oreiller sierra sont confortable pour les dormeurs sur le côté, sur le dos directement elles sont un peu trop fermes et épaisses (certaines personnes peuvent aimer!) mais toujours aussi heureuse du service à la clientèle de polysleep, nous recommandons de faire affaire avec eux pour matelas et oreiller!

Oreiller sierra

I purchased the same pillow 5 years ago and loved it so I decided to buy another. Unfortunately this one doesn't seem to be the same, the cover is less fluffy and I find the pillow hard. I tried fluffing it in the dryer but still not as fluffy. A little disappointed this time but the concept is still good.

Je donne 4 étoiles car le confort du matelas est un bon 10/10.
Mais parlons du service offert, j'ai d'abord passé ma commande le 11 avril - un matelas Origin 2.0 ainsi que 2 oreillers Sierra .
Le 15 avril je reçois un premier courriel disant que les oreilles sont en rupture de stock et seront envoyés plus tard, aucun problème j'apprécie le suivi. Cependant pour le matelas, aucune communication s'il sera envoyé séparément je prend donc de l'avant et je contacte l'équipe de Polysleep via email le 22 avril, avant même de recevoir un retour de leur part je reçois une notice que ma commande sera envoyé sous peu via Shop( ordinaire mais bon) . Bref je reçois le matelas le 28 avril et les oreillers le 5 mai.
La qualité est incroyable mais attendez vous à attendre et de devoir courir après eux pour un suivi.
De plus le zip de leur oreiller est avec un bout ti-rap c'est ordinaire comme qualité.

Qualité matelas bonne mais parlons du service..

Pas une mauvaise idée de conception mais doit être revue. C'est ferme avec la sensation de livres empilé. Même avec que 2 couches. L'idée de pouvoir modifier les couches est excellente par contre mais l'oreiller n'était pas pour moi. Faut bien essayer comme on dit. Devrait être moins ferme avec plus de couches pour vraiment mettre à la hauteur désirez. Aussi d'arrondir peut-être les rebords des couches? 
J'ai eu mal tellement au oreille durant mon sommeil que j'ai dû renoncer malgré que j'ai essayer différentes façon de placer les couches. 
Processus de retour facile et sans tracas!

Pas mauvais mais…

I feel like I wasted my time and money on this pillow—it was a very bad experience for me. In my experience, it's too thick, and although it's adjustable, removing layers didn't make it feel comfortable or right for my preference.
The foam quality seemed lower than I expected, and I noticed the color appeared to change a few days after opening. Overall, it didn't meet my expectations for the price.

J'ai commandé avant Noël... je savais que je ne l'aurais pas pour Noël, mais a date la seule chose que j'ai reçu c'est un courriel de Campar, me disant que l'étiquette avait été créer pour l'envoie, mais que la marchandise n'est pas encore partie.

Je vais attendre encore 1 jour ou 2 et si je n'ai pas de nouvelle, je vais demander un remboursement.

J'attends encore...
