Yassss bed

when it first came and when I looked at all the tools and nails and screws I had a head-ahead, it looked too complicated I didn't think I can assemble it but when I followed the instruction step by step, it's ok. I set up the whole thing in 2 hours. Leather is not great it doesn't seem like it's going to last long maybe 2-3 years max but ok for this price. the gap between slats are 4 1/4" I thought I would need to buy more slats from home depot but it's holding my  7 year old daughter ok so far, maybe not needed now but it should be better with additional slats (problem is that we don't have the car to buy from home depot) I checked out some slats in home depot, one type is about 9 feet long and 3" wide each log can break into 3 slats (would need 4 logs total so about $20) but if I saw them up before paying at cashier, not sure if the cashier  knows how to count because the wood doesn't have price tag so I did not buy. I'll go back to home depot and get help next weekend and get them.  So $20 more to make the bed more stable and supportive for the mattress is totally fine.  However, I would suggest buyer to get the velvet fleece head-board (not this leather) that material would last longer but it doesn't come in twin size that's why I ended up having this one.

Ok purchase

This bed is so beautiful but it doesn't have enough instructions on how to put them together. There is no labeling on the parts and all the screws are mixed together. It is the worst assembly instructions I have ever seen. The 4 star is for how nice the bed looks

bed came in good condition other than the silver part of the head board. I the opened box up to obviously put up the bed and noticed that the sparkly silver part of the head board was lifting, I pushed it in and it did not work i had to end up using super glue to glue it into place, the wooden slats they give you are not really good support for just a mattress they give you two separate wooden slats and they don't reach all the way from top to bottom. when my child lays on her bed the mattress sinks through the top part of the bed and the middle gap in between the bed where the slats have no support for the mattress. I love the color of the bed and the way it looks but it kinda sucks.

Disappointed this did not come in a metal frame as shown in the pic!!
