I ordered one, put it together .... loved it and then ordered the 2nd one.
I looked at counter stools on line for about a month after buying one in 
the store and it was too high for the counter.  There were so many on so
many sites.  But with Sams, if you don't love it or it just doesn't work for 
you, you can take it back to their store. That was a decision factor for me
ordering from Sams on line.  

Assembling this takes 2 people but isn't hard ... just a bit tricky.  TIP:  Make 
sure you don't tighten all the leg screws before you put the foot rest on.  The 
back is the hardest part to put on.  Once it is done you have a fantastic chair.
It is sturdy, and comfortable.  The price was amazing ... and remember, I looked 
at a LOT of chairs.

Great unlike any thing I've seen

Perfect seat height for kitchen counter.  The chair arms are not so tall that they bang into the counter.  They pivot under the counter when not in use.  I read several complaints about a stiff swivel to the seat.  I did not find that at all.  Assembly was easy.  First chair took about 30 minutes but second was completed in 15 minutes. Seat is an easy wipe clean vinal.  Chair is sturdy with no feeling of being chincy.

Love the size(big and tall). Lots of screws to assemble but not difficult. Love our new stools!!

Decorative and sturdy

Sam's had on;y one of these in stock, which I ordered, and purchased another through another vendor. The materials are of high quality and Sam's price is great!  The caveat is that the nut and blot set for assembly was missing. Fortunately, the assembly instructions were not. This necessitated a trip to the hardware store. Of course the bronze-black color was not available, so my chair is assembled with bright metal nuts bolts and washers.  Still, it's a great chair, and a no brainer buy. for a big guy like me at 6'8" and 340#.

Great chair, but...

Once assembled it is an excellent chair. It requires 2 people to assemble and time. A design "flaw" is that once the back is attached it covers part of the seat reducing the seat depth, still a comfortable chair. Great value.  Picture does not do it justice.

The chair is beautiful, but it sets horribly when you try to scoot up into the chair it wants to turn over with you, it was horrible to put it together with 2 people it took 5 hours to assemble it says it's for plus size nope don't think so if I returned it I would have to take it apart 5 more hours so I guess I'm stuck with a stool I can't even use.

Very disappointed

These are decent chairs, but not the best value for the money. We bought 2 one swivels good and the other not so good and one the arm is bent already.

We are unhappy with our bar stools. We have now received 2 incorrect arms for one of the stools. We are returning them to your store.
