I hey on the Daniel fast for lent., I started using these as I gave up meat and I don’t think I will return to meat. At this point my body feels very renewed. My blood pressure is normal and I’m 84. My energy level is high and I just had back surgery six months ago, my surgeon released me? I am healed so I don’t see a reason to go back to meat and sweets since they are alternative that are really good 👍🏿

This is a great snack, especially if you are looking for a “pick me up” snack during the day. It has a lot of healthy ingredients. Cranberries, pecans, pumpkin seeds, walnuts.  It’s all organic. Some of varieties have little pieces of dark chocolate, if you like  little chocolate sometimes. This is a “must have “ now on my grocery list!!!

Why Not A Healthy Snack!!!

We love them because of the walnuts! They are a little pricey for the size of the bag, but a great grab and go snack.   I wouldn’t suggest eating more than a handful per day because they contain sweet dried fruit(cranberries).

Delicious snack!

Living a healthy life means changing snack consumption to whole healthy foods. Low carb, low sugar diet is not hard if you change what you buy. Sugar laden foods wreak havoc on my body causing inflammation and making my joints, nerves painful. This has no down side and taste good. Moderation because nuts are high fat calories.

This is not only healthy but a GREAT SNACK for those cravings for snacks. I definitely will continue to make these my “go to” snacks.

Healthy and tasty. Perfect for a snack. I love that it's gluten free, vegan and no gmo's. Quality ingredients and very filling.

Lamps are beautiful and easy to put together. The lamp shade was creative in assembly. Love the fact that light bulbs were included! Highly recommend !

I like the size of the package, it's filled almost to the top not like others: lke potato chip bags.  There are so many  almonds that I believe I counted 25. That is a pain for me I  don't like almonds, they are hard to chew. So I have to pick them out which is a pain. If they put more fruit instead of nuts it would be perfect

Ingredients not as healthy as package implies.  Better quality at lower price easy to get by purchasing contents separately in bulk %26 mixing yourself.

Over 50% sweetened cranberries and sweetened mango pieces.    Too sweet to really eat.  I thought I was getting healthy nuts with a few cranberries not half berries and mango 

So much sugar it is not “healthy”
