Replaced recessed lighting in the kitchen and wanted a design that would stand out. These are beautiful and add just the right ambience and lighting for task areas. The other thing about brass lighting is that it has and will come back into style again and again. It's timeless! 

I will say if you're doing the same - recessed lights should not be in kitchens - you will need some extra parts which you can grab at your local hardware store.
