Good quality and actually was easy to build. It did take over an hour, but I built 95% of this by myself. The instructions are clear and have helpful 'Hints' to keep you on track. The only issue I had, was that 1 drawer does not close fully (only @3/8" out). My wife didn't even notice this. The drawers give so much extra storage and are very wide. It holds our mattress and two tall adults just fine. Purchased the matching headboard w/ the cubbie holes. Matches perfect and looks great with room for cell phones, alarm clock and more. For 'assemble your self' furniture and at this price, I am very happy.

This is a pre-fab bed using particle board so right off the bat anyone buying this should not expect high grade furniture. The quality of the product is very well made, there is no slop in the cuts, all parts line up great. As with any particle board product, you have to be careful when you put it together. As long as you are careful, it goes together very well and relatively quickly. The instructions were ok. Could be a little clearer in some places but overall good directions to putting it together. Once put together, it was very good. The only real improvements to the design would be that they should have designed the headboard to fit flat up to the bed. There is a gap between the two which allows things to fall down and never be recovered. It would also be nice if a couple of extra pieces of hardware were included in case you broke one of the plastic pieces. Overall, very good for what you pay for.

When you don't pay a lot, don't expect a lot.

Only real complaint is that the drawers could be deeper or they could have added more drawers at the foot of the bed; there is a lot of space under the bed that is not being utilized (about half).
A minor complaint (but worked to me advantage), is the metal bars that the slats rest in is loose, and the slats move loosely. However, when I was building the bed, I dumped the instructions half way through, and later realized I made a mistake. Because the slats could move freely, it made fixing my mistake much easier than disassembling the frame. Although, the nusance of loose slats is a minor irratitation when lifting the mattress and putting on sheets.
I put two twin XL memory foam 6inch mattresses and they fit good at the head and toe and fit snug on the sides (a bit tight and some pushing is required to get them to sit in place, but it looks good). The top of the mattresses are level with the edges of the head and toe of the frame.

Pretty Happy

The overall quality is good but for some modifications might be required. The assembly instructions were easy to follow but will take several hours for one person to assemble.

The plastic film finish is easily marred if not careful. The slats tend to move around when sliding on the mattress. I had to screw the slats in place to prevent this. Also, if you are using a foam type mattress without a box spring I would cover the slats with  a solid piece of material to prevent the mattress from "oozing" between the slats. If the manufacturer would provide a foldable cardboard type piece to lay over the slats that would be most helpful.
I do love the extra storage the drawers provide and the unit is very sturdy.

Basically good

We bought this and the Edenvale Full Queen Storage Headboard as a set. They are NOT a set. They have the same look and finish, but the bed does not (can not) attach to the headboard without additional blocking being added. The bed simply butts up against the headboard - and not very well at that.

Allow for an hour or two to put this together. It helps to separate all of the hardware and wood pieces before starting. If you can use an electric screw driver, your hands and wrists with thank you.

It went together easily with the exception of the 'end boards'. I would recommend running the bolts into the fittings once before attempting to attach the end boards. There was a bit of an alignment problem at this point in the assembly.

Also, if the drawers do not seem to close all the way or at funny angles, it means that the bed is not square. Simply shift one end of the bed left or right until the drawers operate correctly. Once the mattress is added the bed shouldn't shift around much and this won't be a problem.

After the bed was built and the mattress placed on top, it was decided that the bed needed to be moved a few inches to the side. My son pulled on the side rail and pulled the mounting nut through the edge of the particle board. I glued it back together, drilled a longer hole, a new nut hole and used a longer bolt from the hardware store. The learning here is DO NOT DRAG the bed to move it.

We bought the headboard too. All put together it is attractive looking starter furniture.

Assembly took 6-8 hrs by myself, about half the JCB connectors and JCN nuts were very difficult to tighten. Four drawers do not close flush to bed frame.

This unit is very heavy, so its been assembled in place and I don't see ever moving it. I don't think it would survive taking it apart and being moved to the next stop. I already damaged it in one place by tightening too much. It looks nice and the idea is good but I wouldn't recommend this.  (Also I paid about $230 for this, I see it is now listed for $365. This would not be a bargain !!!)

Heavy and prone to damage

The parts are not labeled with sticker id to match the directions. All the hardware is just thrown into a bag so you are not sure if you are using the correct piece that is called for and they don't look like the pictures in the directions. Some of the parts could be put together at the factory at no extra cost. I am not at all satisfied with this bed. I also got the headboard that could have been a 1/4 of an inch larger so the bed could have fit into the space not having to overlap onto the headboard. I am so upset with this bed that I am angry. I could have bought a bed from a furniture store that would have delivered and set up for close to the same price less the aggravation.

Extremely poor bad

The bed actually looks nice... however the parts to make the drawers were not included with the package. We received only one side of the boxes. We have requested the missing parts but it has been over a week and we have not received anything yet.
