We're on the Carnivore Diet as a 30 day elimination diet (which is ZERO SUGAR, among many, many more things without!), which lasts more like 50-90 days, than 30, while bringing back one thing at a time starting on day 31, every 2-3 days, staying on the same diet to keep your "base line" is important. (and it helps you make your "YES" AND "NEVER AGAIN" ALLOWED FOODS IN YOUR LIFE Lists!) And since MAYO is one of my favorite things AND it doesn't treat me badly, it can help me stay on it better too ❤️ Hardboiled eggs become deviled eggs or egg salad, canned tuna and chichen, dry hamburger patties, all NEED it and it WORKS!! And even though it's more plant based than animal based,  it's still much healthier for you than regular with veg oil, sugar,  preservatives, etc, so this will be a permanent lifestyle change for me too! I also added Primal Kitchen's "Whole 30 Compliant" Ketchup (which tastes more like seasoned tomato paste than ketchup) it'll be great in meatloaf %26 on Carnivore Pizza, if i don't use my homemade garlic alfredo as my "white pizza sauce",  Buffalo sauce for chicken,  Ranch for other things and there's a few more I plan to add in too.
I can not explain how HUGE these are benefiting my super strict,  almost painful diet (LOL. I just keep reminding myself that there IS a method to our madness %26 I'm down 22 lbs in 23 days. The brain fog is lifting %26 so are my energy levels! And the belly bloat and ache are GONE ❤️ Now if only the joint %26 other chronic pain would leave!? I bought this because I'm trying to eat healthier and avoid seed oils. It taste good. It taste a little sweeter than regular mayonnaise. It's hard to describe. I use it to make tuna fish sandwiches and I like it.  I've also dipped cheese sticks into it and that taste good too.

MAYONNAISE IN COOKIES AND PIZZA

This is only mayo I buy. Because it's the only one without the poisonous palm oil. That oil causes inflammation which no one wants or needs. This one uses one of the three acceptable oils - avocado oil. It tastes great and has the color and consistency of any of the crap brands. Your body will love you!

The ONLY Mayo I Use!!!

I like it, but don't love it. This healthier avocado oil was the decision maker for me as an alternative to soy and other seed oils used to make most mayonnaise. A bit pricey also, but seed oils are cheap and that's why they're used so often. I use it very often and have no real complaints.

Best Alternative to Seed Oils

This mayo is great if you are on a diet such as Whole30 that regular mayos are not approved. The taste is slightly different than regular brands but the consistency remains the same and with limited ingredients it is better for you. To avoid making your own homemade, this is worth the price!

After reviewing information about all the different preservatives in the mayonnaise I was using for 50 years since that was my husband's favorite, I found it was loaded with preservatives and other things that were not healthy.
This mayo was suggested because it uses only the natural items necessary for mayonnaise.  
I truly enjoyed the taste. it is now my go to mayonnaise.  i just wish it was a little less expensive.  I will keep it on hand to make my dishes better!

I had to look for a alternative to the  mayonnaise i was using because of soybean oil. This taste great and I feel like it won't upset my stomach or anything. I'm glad to finally find the product I can use.  The price is up there but in today's time what isn't.

Honestly, I am the only one in my family that will eat this mayo. Nobody likes the taste and it does get some getting used to. The big brand mayo has EDTA in it and Soybean Oil, which my body gets inflamed from such things. By itself I don't like it but if you mix it with other ingredients to make something like a sauce it's not nearly as detectible. I like the glass jar but it is small. I have to constantly buy 2 or 3 jars at a time. I gave it 2 stars for the price as it is so expensive. I can't find the 24oz jars anymore. One of these days I will be making my own.

Healthy but small jars and expensive

A friend heard about this product and thinking it was equivalent in taste/flavor to Hellmans, Dukes, Kraft or even store brands of mayonnaise, but being a healthier version, I purchased 2 jars of the product. I mixed it with tuna to make a tuna salad. The first and second jar ended up in the trash as did the tuna. Certainly did not meet my personal taste preference. It has a nasty foul bitter taste. Try it at someone else's house before you purchase it yourself. Save your money.
