I am a Welder and Metal Fabricator, and I use the Silver Pencils for Layout work. When you are welding with the hood down, you can not see the marks from a lead pencil or a felt tip. These pencils work great and are easy to keep sharpened to a tight point for accuracy.

Thank goodness we had this double color (Red/Blue) pencil on hand, he completed the assignment with no issues, this item did what it was supposed to do. I am happy with this item. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The prismacolor red and blue colored pencil is average quality, the color is good. The wood it's made out of doesn't seem to be great, which in turn makes the lead easily breakable. The prismacolor pencil does draw pretty smoothly

very waxy, they leave no color on the paper over the black charcoal. VERY disappointing!
