I bought these wrist weights to enhance my walking activity; I can forget about holding weights as I walk and concentrate on the scenery. They can also be worn while doing everyday household tasks. The thumb loops could be bigger so I'm currently hanging them by the loops to stretch them out a bit faster.

Makes walking/jogging easy!

A quality item. The thumb loop keeps the weight in place and allows for full use of your hand while wearing!

A Quality Item!

Wrist weights

Received last week, after a week of use satisfied with my purchase, convenient to have hands free

Hands free

I bought these after losing my Nike ones. I liked the price of these and the convenience of Wal-Mart's wonderful online shopping. However, these were very uncomfortable. I will be returning them and buying Nike ones again.

Not Comfortable

I thought these were two pounds each but they are two pounds together.

Not what I expected
