The size is too small yet the smell was SO STRONG! Lol! Hmm.. smelled sort of like if garlic was fermented and crushed slightly to become small wet powdery chunks. Indeed a pinch is enough. Tastes strongly like garlic being fried with black pepper, onion, mint leaf, and oil that's been left out for a few days. The taste lingers on the tongue. Oof!! Very very strong smell lol! 🥴 BUT! Oh my goodness if it was mixed with food! Will definitely be so worth it and taste delicious! I got this mainly for health reasons, but it wouldn't hurt to cook with it 😀 

Within the first 20 min though?.. i felt my heart beat fast. I got scared. 4mins later? .. feeling acid reflux slowly creeping up. Oooh.. oh boy. Lol. Will keep using for a few days.
