My two pitbull puppies love this food. We avoid chicken for potential allergies in our fawn colored dogs, and they took to this well. Its hard to find a puppy food that isn't chicken, so this was perfect.

My puppies love it

purinaforprofessionals.com

My Red healers love this dog food. I purchased the first bag when they were 8 weeks old and will continue to feed the lamb and rice puppy formula until the are 1 year old, then switch to the same brand for adult dogs. The food is natural and contains no dye. If you care for your dogs as I do, buy the product for their health.

our German Shepherd puppy has been on Purina Pro Plan since we got him (im addition to some fish and venison) but when we got our second puppy she was allergic to chicken so purchased this lamb and rice formula. She loves it

My complaint...after 1 year there is not the puppy formula for up to 2 years without chicken. not sure what we arr going to do then. but will figure that out.

The switch to lamb and rice was a game changer for our lab puppy. No more loose stools and his coat is super shiny

Switch from chicken to lamb

This is the only food that works for my dog tried so many branda and this one was the only one that did not give her diarrhea

Great food

we have had the most horrible luck with our rottweiler puppies belly. we have tried everything chicken, veal, beef, and finally lamb. he really likes this food, and it agrees with his belly. i would highly recommended!

sensitive puppy belly? just try it. worked for us

My puppy loves this food. Since adopting her, I do see an improvement while on this diet. Her skin and coat are much healthier looking. She goes crazy at meal time, she loves her Lamb and rice food. Thank you!

puppy palpability

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] packaging and quality of food looks great. my dog loves the food and it seems to supply him with the energy and fuel he needs for the day.

My boys have never had any issues with the Lamb & Rice formula. I have been asking for the Adult version to come back to no avail :-( My pups are over a year old and I would love to get the Adult Version however it is way too pricey at the retail stores. They do well with this formula (flavor), as chicken/beef give them GI issues and Salmon also messes with them so I hope they won't have any issues due to it being for puppies only. Fingers crossed!!!

Pups love the Lamb - Bring back ADULT Formula!

I wanted a food that wasn't made out of chicken as the first ingredient. I am suspecting a chicken allergy in my puppy. This still has chicken in it and wasn't available in a smaller bag size or available in small breed. She isn't a huge fan of the food so I have to add something to it and water it down for her to get her to eat it.

Still has chicken in it

This is not for teacup size dogs or teacup puppies. Pieces are way to big I have to break them in half. puppy doesn't like this kind at all. for some reason everytime he eats this he seems more sluggish and I'm thinking he's getting tummy aches. think I might have got a spoiled batch since this stuff stinks pretty bad. I won't buy this kind again. I like Purina products normally but this one is disgusting.
