Excellent food for sensitive dogs. My Doberman does not tolerate chicken and gluten. After research, the corn gluten in the recipe is not gluten. Also even if the ingredients contain chicken by-products, no problem either. The by-product source should not contain meat, for example bones. Her hair is shiny and her muscle mass is lean. The value for money is excellent. My Doberman is in love. I decided to continue giving this food as an adult since Proplan adult formulas all contain gluten, barley, wheat etc.

I prefer this brand for my standard poodle puppy. The nutritions and grains are much better quality for her stomach and coating. She is a growing puppy that I'm confident this brand of food will help her be a wonderful dog in every aspect.

Puppy food with lamb and rice, I have never had puppies as beautiful as since they grew up with lamb and their fur is lined up

My Red healers love this dog food. I purchased the first bag when they were 8 weeks old and will continue to feed the lamb and rice puppy formula until the are 1 year old, then switch to the same brand for adult dogs. The food is natural and contains no dye. If you care for your dogs as I do, buy the product for their health.

our German Shepherd puppy has been on Purina Pro Plan since we got him (im addition to some fish and venison) but when we got our second puppy she was allergic to chicken so purchased this lamb and rice formula.  She loves it 

My complaint...after 1 year there is not the puppy formula for up to 2 years without  chicken.  not sure what we arr going to do then. but will figure that out.

I have two dogs with VERY delicate  stomachs.  Expensive/special  onlines %26 advertised orders have proven ineffective for them.  (Diarrhea - constipation - etc.) But after researching to find a fair product that lists appropriate ingredients, I  decided to try Purina Pro %26 found great success.  Although they are almost two years old, I found they benefit from the small-sized  kibble.   

They are not "happy" about the selection, but I know if/when they do decide to eat, I get normal/daily dog-bowl movements.  I normally add water or chicken stock %26 allow time to absorb.  In this manner, I know they have  also consumed some water as well.  

I aim to keep their diet limited to ONLY BEST products like this Purina.  They now only get treats when they go out to pee/poop .

Perfect?  I think Purina Pro is my choice for the base of a successful plan for these teddy bears.  Checking with the vet, their weight appears to be "normal".   

I've had to come to terms with the fact that they are NOT people %26 cannot eat as if they were people. They just don't  benefit from being served "cute/trendy" food.    

So in my house, everyone is sticking to better food choices for better consequences.

"Normal" is GREAT DOG FOOD

This is the only food that works for my dog tried so many branda and this one was the only one that did not give her diarrhea

I have a pomchi and this is by far the best food for him. He did not react badly or have diarrhea. I have stuck to this brand for him he currently turned three months and this is what he has been eating.

My boys have never had any issues with the Lamb & Rice formula. I have been asking for the Adult version to come back to no avail :-(    My pups are over a year old and I would love to get the Adult Version however it is way too pricey at the retail stores. They do well with this formula (flavor), as chicken/beef give them GI issues and Salmon also messes with them so I hope they won't have any issues due to it being for puppies only. Fingers crossed!!!

Pups love the Lamb - Bring back ADULT Formula!

This is not for teacup size dogs or teacup puppies. Pieces are way to big I have to break them in half. puppy doesn't like this kind at all. for some reason everytime he eats this he seems more sluggish and  I'm thinking he's getting tummy aches. think I might have got a spoiled batch since this stuff stinks pretty bad. I won't buy this kind again. I like Purina products normally but this one is disgusting.
