They have changed the quality of the sticks. They bend with only the slightest pressure, just like the cheap dollar store brands. Why would I pay top dollar for poor quality product? They have lost a long time customer.

Product quality has gone downhill

Not sure what happened but these are not the same q-tips! Probably a budget cut. I will be looking for a new product after I finish this box. Which won't be long since I throw most of them out. Cotton does not stay on the wand, wand is flimsy, fear of the whole cotton coming off in my ear.

Lost that Q-Tips feeling! Terrible brand now!
