I purchased this couch on November 28th for Christmas for my kids. It sat in the box until December 23rd when it needed to be delivered by Santa. Upon unboxing one cushion cover zipper split, I contacted the company to obtain a replacement cover. Was told was no such option and was initially offered a credit (never to be received by the way) no problem I'll make it work. The couch has now been used for 3 days (opened on Christmas Day then we took off for a few days) it looks like it is 2 years old, the cushions are sagging, it cannot stand up on its own, the fabric is snagging and loosening, the foam is thin. I reached out to the company to ask about a return today (32 days after my purchase) and was told I am out of luck, but they will give me a $30 credit and I can resell this to someone else and cut my losses. I've escalated the matter to both Walmart and Aosom, neither party is interested in rectifying the situation, save your money and purchase something different.

Not worth the little money you will save.
