Lots of fun!  Grandpa loved helping the 3 year old put it together!  It could use a good storage spot for the nuts and bolts while you take it apart.  And consider the noise level before gifting it - the siren and alarms are quite noisy!

My Dad, may he rest in Peace. would have been so impressed with this realistic engine repair- play set that he would bought this item as birthday gifts for both male and female children of his automotive buddies.
   Am I too embarrassed to admit that I purchased one for myself. No!!! Once I started truck driving school a few days ago, the memories  my joy of playing with toy truck as a little girl were rekindled. It all started with wanting a realistic looking semi for my computer desk. I was just 'fooling around on the internet' searching for an AFFORDABLE   replica of a truck engine when I saw this age 3  play set.     After all I wasn't interested in buying a $1000.00 engine build- it kit.... I'm in bonefide Truck driving school, I'll soon be under the hood of real trucks as I earn my CDL Class A.
    If you can't figure out what Chistmas, Holiday or Birthday gifts to give a savvy 3 year or older child, Male or Female, especially one who watches Mom and Dad work on theit own cars...THIS IS IT!!

His daddy is an auto mechanic and my son is so interested in watching his daddy fix the cars and trucks. We just knew this would be the perfect gift for him to be able to work on his own engine....he can even bring it to daddy's garage and work.in it while daddy does hi own work! The lights and sounds are really cool as are all the little accessories. We would definitely buy this again for our son and highly reccomend.it for any little one who loves to play with cars or take things apart and rebuild them.

Would not pay full price for this. While entertaining, it's not exactly as expected. Thought there would e more engine components to fix, but mostly nuts and bolts. Not what I was hoping for.
