On my 76 Sliverado 350, my Northstar Eldorado, 2 LS 5.3 Sierras , 2 Cadilac XT5 3.6 V6s and my 2.0 LTG Malibu. I have no oil related engine problems or either no adding oil between changes or reduction of normal oil pressure using QS oil. I use Full synthetic high mileage in my 05 Sierra and QS Ulitmate protection in my newest cars. I do not buy from brand hype I priorities oil chemistry and oil testing. Shell has done a great job with the development of the GTL oils and the additives used in there synthetic oils.

Next year will be 50 years of loyalty to Quaker St

Excellent Product for the money

I use it for every oil change i do, from my mom's trailblazer to my 92 miata I autocross, and my 99 sebring before i sold it and still use the synthetic blend in my 96 bronco. Absolutely the only oil I'll buy.

Only oil for I buy for my cars

My mission is to get 250,000 miles out of my 2006 Honda Accord, currently it only has 137,000 miles. I have used Valeline, Pen, and a few other full synthetic oil. Most synthetic oil are not bad. There are many reasons why I use Quaker oil. One  it just work, I can feel my engine work less, I don't have to change my oil every 3,000 miles. I usually wait till 6,000-7,000 miles before I change my oil. The price is less than other brand. I just drove to Mississippi from Ohio and then back, the oil just work for long endurance drive or short city driving. I hope you take a look at this oil it is one of the best.

I have used Quaker State oils in my Cadillac and my Chevrolet exclusively, and could not be happier. Even though my Cadillac is in storage, she fires right up, every time. Purrs like a kitten too! My Chevrolet sees weather from 105 degree summer heat to frigid 33 below cold snaps, and that doesn't phase him. Thanks to Quaker State, I know my Silverado will start the first time, every time. He runs like a race car too! I send oil samples to Blackstone for wear analysis, and every one comes back passing with flying colors! Quaker State fan FOR LIFE!

I've been using Quaker State Oil since 1969 and the last number of years been using Quaker State ultimate synthetic in my 6.2 liter GMC and my 3.6 liter oil is superb if they made a 0 w-40 ultimate synthetic I would use it in my SRT 8 Jeep Grand Cherokee that's how much faith I have enough but I go with what the manufacturer it says and I use Pennzoil ultimate synthetic 0w 40 works just fine but don't let anybody tell you that Quaker State is garbagegarbage oh well because it is not and that's a fact jack

Quaker State ultimate synthetic 5w 30

QSUD 10w30 is one great oil. Please do not change much in your formulations of QSUD lineup. My compliments to the formulators and designers of qsud lineup.  Since new my ford has burned about a quart per 700 miles on highway with other brands and weights. qsud 10w30 was tried at 175k mile mark and the oil consumption is down to one sixth of a quart per 700 hwy miles! Imagine how relieved i am to discover qsud. And this oil is very close to 5w30 in terms of winter protection if you look up qsud 10w30 ccs and mrv values.  Year around greatness.  I have tried qsud 0w20 in my 94 chrysler speccing 5w30 and only noticed positive changes in performance. I will recommend qsud 5w30 for sis 2016 chevy equinox as this oil also has low noack among 5w30s and feel that engine might benefit and stay cleaner due to low noack of qsud 5w30.

I use 5W20 ultimate durability in my Honda Civic. I have tried many oils in the past and Quaker State is the best overall choice. It's hard to beat it's toughness and longevity. It keeps the engine clean and handles cold weather like a champ. The stuff just holds up well and seems to have the perfect additive package. It's as tough as the toughest motor oil out there while keeping engine clean while maintaining protection all the way until the end. This is a perfect oil for my Honda as it exceeds the specs for my car. And of course it's a great value when it's on top and it's price is on the bottom percentage. Don't think you're going to do any better than pouring this in your engine. Smooth operation every time.

No brainer choice

37 years ASE Master Tech I've changed lots of oil in thousands of cars. My cars use Quaker State Full Synthetic exclusively. I have a 2001 Sequoia with 186K and a 06 Scion XB with 211K that have required NO repairs ever beyond normal maintenance and oil changes at every 10K miles. I have had my drained oil tested by Blackstone Laboratory's and comes back with great results every time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this oil on my car, and usually I put other  brand but this 5w-30w seems thicker. and I think, is not good for the engine of the car because, there was a lot of smoke. My car for regular use is old and I try to keep it in good condition.
