Ordered on Thursday morning and it arrived Friday afternoon. Nothing to complain about that.

Boat prop.

walmart.com

Do your research.  Essential to finding the right part.  Once I did, I bought this prop and the install hardware kit.

BTW, Quicksilver is a recommended Mercury source.  

The prop and the install kit made this easy.  This prop was a perfect fit for my boat.  It you have a torque wrench, or can borrow one, literally anyone can change their prop.

Have not installed it yet but numbers are correct, delivery time was excellent and price was good.

This prop did not come with a gear case. Not sure if the wrong one was sent,  but I still had to find a boat shop just a few days before vacation to get the rest of the parts

Not as advertised

The adapter that is required to mount this prop on your outdrive is NOT included.  The brass adapter is shown in the picture and title implies it is included.

You need to spend another $50 to get the plastic hub, thrust washer, brass adapter and prop nut for this.  If you are only replacing the identical prop, you may have what you need, but I switched from a Solas prop and only my thrust washer and prop nut could be reused.  Off to the boat shop and another $50 spent, and now my prop is mounted.     

Prop was priced fairly, but not great once you spend the additional money for the items that are not included.  One star only for the fact that I was misled by the picture and title.  Prop itself works just like it should.
