It came one week before I expected it too, making its a rival a welcome surprise. The PS4 Pro looks very good on the 4k display with HDR. I would recommend this TV to everyone. It's a good option for its price.

RCA for win!

So far I have had this for almost a month and I am very pleased with it I am very pleased with the picture quality and the features that it has 4K and a smart TV I'm glad I bought it it was shipped to my home and it arrived without damage it was shipped in its original packaging so be aware it's best to be home so when it arrives a porch pirate doesn't get it

Originally purchased for black Friday a few weeks ago. TV had a dead pixel and color balance was terrible. The whites were extremely blue looking and white subtitles on shows were grey. It was pretty much unwatchable. Bought a new one for boxing week and color balance is fine. I think some of these are just duds, so buyer beware, you might get what you pay for. We're happy with the new TV now.

First TV was a dud

BUYER BEWARE
If you have any issues with this TV, you are going to have to pay to ship it to Canada to make use of the warranty. Cost of shipping was more than I paid for the TV. 4 months after purchase it started getting white lines across the bottom of the picture so, I started the warranty process. 2 weeks after not having much luck with that, the whole picture started flashing so, I contacted them again and that's when I found out about the shipping costs and just gave up.

BEWARE!

Great price on a 55” TV. Problem was that after I spent an hour installing it and turned it on the screen had cracks in it  No way to tell cracks were there when it was off. 
Upon getting a refund I was told that I could not repurchase the same item at the sales price I bought for. So I am still dealing with that.

Great price bad experience

The Tv sound is pretty rough but whatever, you can get a sound bar.  A solid line of pixels going out across the entire Tv? Not so easy to fix.  The TV didn't even last 3 months

Broke in under 3 months

Can't say which is worse. The TV or customer support. Tv broke after 3 months. LEDs went out. Sound still worked but just a black screen. I called the customer support number on the TV and had a decent initial response. After giving them the information they requested, I heard nothing from them for 2 weeks. I have emailed and called and continue to get the generic response that they will get to my case soon. I highly doubt it. It's been over a month and still nothing. I will never buy an RCA Tv again if this is how poor they are. They have stopped responding to any emails at this point. Pathetically poor customer service and product.

Tv and customer service are awful. Do not buy.

imagine putting the tv on the wall and out of the box the tv was dead.shouldnt have strayed away from samsung or vizio. im gone gone order another 1 but for sure it want be another 1 of these

big disappointment

If I could select 0 stars I would. Curtis International handles the warranty repairs and they were impossible to deal with. My screen quit working after 75 days and they refused to answer my emails and phone calls.

Don't Buy RCA

I ordered two of these TVs when they were on sale for $198.  The first order for my grandson is working fine so far.  This order was didn't go so well.  I can't get the remote power button or the power button on the back of the TV to turn the TV on without unplugging the TV each time.  I have tried everything (factory resetting, using three other sockets throughout the house, different suggestions on Goggle from removing the batteries and holding the power button on the remote for 30 seconds or unplugging the TV from the wall and holding the power button on back of the TV for 30 seconds.  After unplugging from the wall, it will work one time (while it's on the remote and the TV works fine until I turn the TV off).  Then I have to unplug again to get the remote or the power button on back of the TV to turn the TV on.  Power is getting to the TV because the red power button is on the TV at all times.   After I unplug the TV and get it to work the blue light comes on the TV when it's on.  I don't know what's going on, but I will be returning it back to Walmart when I can get a bigger vehicle (a 55" TV is almost impossible to fit in a 2008 Mustang; that's why I ordered it on-line) Also, the sale is off so I can't get another one for the sale price (I've only has this TV for 2 weeks trying to get it to work like regular TVs should).

VERY DISAPPOINTED!
