First of all the order was mixed up. The first package I picked up contained the item that supppsedly hadn't arrived yet. The item that stated it was delivered 2 weeks prior but wasn't ready for pick up yet.
When I called Walmart.ca after being put on hold, I was informed that my case had been transferred to management or something because he wasn't able to resolve it. After that I got several emails from them stating that they were working on it but it was more difficult than they anticipated.
Meanwhile I got an email stating that the other scrub top (the one I had already picked up) was delayed even though it had previously stated it was delivered but not ready.
Finally I got an email that the parcel was in (for the item I already had). When I picked it up it was of course the Easter scrub top that I had supposedly picked up last time.
When I got it home and tried it on, it looked like a tent on me. I looked at the label and they had sent a large. I checked my original order and it clearly stated I ordered a small.
