I am knitting a blanket, for my grandson, using three yarns.  Red Heart Super Saver in Anthracite, Homespun and angel hair.  This is the fourth blanket made this way.  The project turns out very nice, and lasts a long time.  I made the other three 7 years ago

I love the Red Heart Super Saver Ombre.  The gradient is so beautiful.  I have used this yarn for hats, scarfs, fingerless gloves and baby blankets. Because it's all in one you don't have all kinds of ends to weave in. As long as they're keep making it, I'll keep buying it.

Fantastic yarn

Nice color changes and only one break in the yarn over a 72" long scarf. The break was well placed, in the right color, and does not stand out in the gradual color shift on my scarf. I would by this yard again. I had no other issues with the yarn and have used most of the skein. The colors in my picture are way off. The changes are much more gradual IRL. The break in the yarn was in the lightest coloration.

I would buy this again. Lovely color change.

Ombre yarn is one of my favorites, but the Red Heart Ombre - Sea Coral is a whole new level of beauty and softness. Crocheting with this yarn is so easy. Sea Coral colour dimensions are so striking. V-stitch baby blanket worked up fast. Love this, Yarnspirations. Thank you!!

So beautiful  so soft

Because the colors change, this yarn is never boring to work with! With shades of pink and green and gold, it is warm and perfect for crocheting hearts to fill with lavender for sachets. I have also used it to make fingerless mittens. It is a classic worsted weight yarn I like to keep on hand for quick gifts that warm the heart!

Heavenly for  Crochet Hearts Sachets

I purchased the “purple” ombre which is a very pretty “sugar plum” shade. I made 3 crochet beanies with 1 skein. They turned out beautifully and each is unique with the varying shade changes! I will definitely be purchasing this particular color again. As usual with super saver yarn it isn’t the softest as others or the new bitty stripes but it is the best ombre changing yarn I have tried so far and will continue to buy especially the “purple”.

I love this yarn. Hickory is my favorite. The only bummer is that every time I order from Yarnspirations, there's several factory knots in my skiens. It really throws off the ombre effect when that happens. But the yarn itself is lovely

Best ombre yarn on the market!

I only crochet with Red Heart Yarn ever since my Mother-In-Law taught me how to crochet Afghans and since I was Confirmed into the Catholic Church, I crochet Afghans for the Ministry of Caring, Inc. since every year since 2019 to help feed the less fortunate so, I need the best yarn to do this.  I am able to put my hobby into good use.

The yarn is rough and a little scratchy to the touch when working with it. 
It becomes much softer once washed and dried. The colourway is beautiful and the transitions are gradual, both features I look for when purchasing ombre yarn.

Beautiful colour, a bit scratchy

My order came in fairly quickly. However, half of my order was from a different dye lot. As the skeins all said they were the same color, the difference was very noticeable. Half being a pastel and very pale, the other half being more mute and darker. I would have preferred, whoever to have packed it, to have taken notice of the large color discrepancy and to have either cancelled my order, or informed me. I'm returning the half I didn't use, and am having to scronge local stores to find Seaside skeins that are more closely similar to those that I did use.

The color is very rich. Why I purchased it for my project. However, it has turned my fingers blue. The dye is not stable. I'll finish my project, but I'm hoping it doesn't run and ruin all my work when I wash it. Will post more after I complete my project.
