This wants me to review every color I have purchased.

This is 4 weight worsted acrylic yarn. I have been using Red Heart since 1972. The last several years they have gone to no dye lot for most colors and it’s nice that colors match later on if you need more. There are a few more joins than there used to be, they are easy to work into your work. 

I use this yarn mostly to crochet shawls, afghans, and ski caps, and make ski caps on a round peg knitting loom. It washes well, and feels soft.

Red Heart is a workhorse acrylic yarn

Red Heart yarn is  dependable for all my crocheting needs.  I have been using it for many, many years. The afghans last for years because of quality of the yarn.  I have used other brands, but Red Heart is my favorite.  Also, I can always get the best price at Walmart.

Red Heart acrylic yarn is great for projects that are going to get a lot of wear and washing. I have made many afghans from Red Heart yarn. Most have been given as wedding gifts for nieces and nephews.

This was a nice blue for connecting granny squares for a tote.

Sturdy and lasting yarn

I have used this brand of yarn for nearly fifty years not once have I had any problems with this yarn I really like all of the beautiful colors that it comes in I like the way that it's not too soft or not too stiff I would highly recommend this red heart super saver yarn to everyone

this yarn has changed for the better over the years it is so soft. I always remember red heart yarn being very rough. not so this time. it's very good texture. color is beautiful deep yellow. price is very reasonable. this is a large skein not the jumbo.

I like Red Heart brand because I can buy/order and not worry about die lots. Less to worry about. Plus this style  is a "center pull" so as you pull yarn from your skein, the skein is not bouncing around your basket compared to a skein the pull from the outside-in.  I was excited to notice this color was on special, an extra bargain!
    The weight is perfect for most projects, hats, blankets, sweaters, etcetera. Texture is soft, since it is 100% acrylic, there is no wool in this product. Making the item you create, machine washable. I do not like to machine dry even acrylic items. I hang them over the shower curtain rod to dry. This extends the beauty and life of the item you spend so much time making. Enjoy!

Great product!

Needed this color for a plastic canvas project. I always buy this brand name if I can for most projects, this one will do. Most of the time with this brand you get more yarn with your money than most others. Yarn isn't very soft but for plastic canvas project it will do fine.

Red Heart Super saver yarn has been my go-to since 1972. 

This color is part of the “No Dyelot” colors, so it all matches. This is a soft feeling yarn. 

It might want to split especially with smaller crochet hooks, and the twist might want to loosen or tighten when doing plastic canvas stitch work. Easy enough to alter as you work.

I can recommend this yarn as being durable and long lasting. It washes up well. I’ve made many afghans and ski caps and hold up through use and washings and aren’t really prone to pilling. Dye is fast. No washing first to flush the bleed out of it.

A go-to yarn

This is a beautiful shade of blue.. I bought it to make my husband anew pair of socks for next winter.  There might be enough to make him two pairs, or maybe a neck scarf to keep his ears warm, too.

Beautiful and soft yarn !

Yarn isn't very soft but I'm going to use it in a plastic canvas project so it doesn't matter if it is real soft or not. When I picked it out online I was thinking it was as much and as big as most other Red Heart Super Saver yarn but boy was I wrong. This yarn was a little smaller in size. This is what I get for not checking on the size and/or amount I was supposed to get. I will show 2 different balls of yarn, the Tealleaf one is on the bottom vs. another color of green.

Waste of money for such a small amount of yarn
