Ease Of Installation

Value For Money

Style

May not provide sufficient light blocking and appears flimsy.

Fails to fully block sunlight, allowing some to pass through.

It serves the purpose and was the right price for that. looks neat and clean on the window and keeps that morning sun off the dining table. Only need it during the summer/fall when sun comes in that window so didn't want to invest in something permanent .

I'm pleased.

walmart.com

These were super easy to hang and trim to the right size. I needed some temporary window covers for my kitchen windows while I figured out my other decor. These look really nice, a lot nicer than you would expect for paper!

Great option for quick/temporary

Love these inexpensive put together look instantly ..was supposed to be temporary but they are still up nicely after two years

Excellent, but TAKE CARE, it does not measure the full 36" as described. As to durability: will let you know next year.

see below

It's a $4.47 shade.....and it's made of paper. I wasn't expecting much, but honestly, they don't look half bad! Unless you get close they look like any other cellular shade that you would pay more for.

My only complaints are that my edges didn't trim up perfectly when I was cutting them to size and they were harder to cut than I expected, but that could have easily been a user error or my box cutter blade not being sharp enough (I got nicer looking edges when I just took 3-4 "slats" at a time and cut them with a good pair of scissors halfway from both directions. Perhaps there is a better tool out there for this that I'm not aware of?

If you are the type who likes to open your windows often, to get some sun or a breeze, the two plastic clips (similar to clothespins) it comes with to hold the shades up with may be annoying to use regularly.

The positives are the price, quality for the low price, ease of install (after cutting to size, you just peel the tape and stick it up.)
Also, you cant see into the windows from outside, even at night with all the lights on.

Exceeded My Expectations

This is a low-end shade but so simple to hang. Cut to width, remove the backing to expose double-faced tape, stick up. My apartment, built in '98 in FL, has a large opening in the wall for an old-style TV. I have a flat panel on a stand. So I store books and CDs in the opening. But I wanted to cover it up. Hung the shade and looks great!

Works Great!

So far so good. Clean look. Sturdy quality so far. It's been a week since install and with 4 BIG dogs and a teenager, I'm surprised they have lasted this long. I did reinforce upon installation with clear duct tape... so we will see

Pros:
- very easy to install
- low cost

Cons:
- seems to be very fragile
- it does not bock the sun light as expected, some areas are very thin. This item needs to be twice as thick in order to work properly.

Not as good as expected

We had just moved in and I thought these blinds would get us through a few weeks until I was ready to splurge on real blinds, but boy was I wrong! Save your money or just buy cheap REAL blinds... They stuck to the top of the window for about 6 hours. I keep re-sticking them and they keep falling down. Now they are a wrinkle, crinkled mess!! So much regret in buying 4 of them.

DOESN'T STICK for long!

absolutely cheap and not worth the $5 plus shipping of $6. I put them up and immediately tore it down and it is in the garbage.
