I love the taste of this salt but others who have tried it may complain about its sand-like grittiness. What it boils down to is: if you want highly processed, purified NaCl plus added iodine and an anti-caking agent, buy standard table salt. If you want a healthier salt with 65+ trace minerals (including a decent amount iodine) and without the potential contaminants found in certain sea salts (due to polluted waters), use Redmond Real Salt or unprocessed himalayan pink salt.

Nothing more natural than this ancient sea salt

I last bought this sea salt in the U.S. and have not been able to find it in B.C., so I am extremely pleased to be able to order it from Wal Mart.  It is certainly a larger amount than I need, so it might be nice if you carried it in a smaller amount than 10 lbs.

I love the product

This is the first time I've ever tried Redmond Real Salt. It's the best salt I've ever had! There are no chemicals in it, just pure natural salt.I actually bought it to use in sauerkraut I was making, but I'm going to use it for everything going forward.

The Only Salt I'll Ever Buy Again!

I was so glad to see that I could order a high quality product like Redmond Real Salt at a good price and large quantity that reduced the reduce cost.  You can only get the fake salt in most stores.  If they do have Redmond Real Salt then it is in a tiny bottle/bag at a very high cost.

Thrilled Walmart had it!

Don't eat the processed garbage salt complete with anti-caking agents that everyone else is eating because they don't know any better, this is the real deal. This is real food full of essential minerals and essential for your body. I was happy to find this giant one so it will be a while before I run out. I used this for proper hydration (I add it to my drinking water) and on nearly everything I cook.

This is my favorite salt and because I do a lot of fermentation I needed a sufficient quantity of salt.

This is the most praised salt by the health community. Even though I could buy directly from the manufacturer, they don't have free shipping to Canada. That's why I glad I found this vendor. I was able to save a very substantial amount. The product is in the original packaging and delivered promptly - what's not to like?

The best salt. We are very lucky that we can buy it from here! The only salt we use for good health. Salt from a completely virgin and healthy source, without pollutants. In addition to cooking, I drink it every day in the form of "sole" water for my health. Found this at Walmart, I immediately ordered a second seal for my mother too.

This came incredibly fast! The price is seriously unbeatable. Don't search any longer! It's going to be very hard to find a better deal than this. It includes the newer version of the product packaging wise! The photos here are a little outdated. Redmond Real Salt! What a must-have. This will easily last you over 1 year. The best salt ever!
