They sent the wrong size. I asked for 9 and 7 showed up. I mailed it back

I like the front straps on the sandal.  Very comfortable and holds your foot securely in place.  The sandals are also constructed very well.  What I dislike about the sandals are the sole of the shoe.  They are very, very hard.  No cushin at all.  It is like walking on a board.  The extra air support at the back must be made for 400 lbs people because I'm 200 lbs and there is no give at all.  In addition, the arch support is none existing.  I bought these to replace a 4 year old pair of Reef sandal that were very comfortable, good arch support.  These suck, The pain in my heals after 10 min of wearing them is horrible.  I would not buy again.
