Overall good quality phone for the price. Fast delivery, minimal to no scratches or discoloration, and and good camera quality. My one concern was with the battery health. The phone only has a 73% battery health when I was expecting an 80% or above as said in the description. This is sort of an issue. Other than that, good quality phone.

If you're scared I hope my review can ease your worries! I was very tense and scared because of the reviews being so mixed. Everything works well so far. Camera, screen, mic, Face ID, apple wallet all work well!! My screen does have one scratch that is hardly even noticeable. There are some wear and tear (scratches) to the side. Other than that my phone is in well condition for a refurbished phone. Came with a charger as well. Only “downside” is phone overheats pretty quickly so a new battery will definitely be needed in the future.

Good for the price

I know this is a refurbished phone, however the description said it was in excellent condition. I think this is fair condition. Seems the phone was dropped several times with no protection.
Still I do not know how is internally, but if I see any issue, I am
Pretty sure I will return it.
Seller, should be more honest of the condition of the products.

Disappointed

Bought a "like new" but I will be returning it.  Several scuffs and gouges in the body of the phone, especially around the screen, indicate some hard concrete drops along the way.  I have generally had good luck buying refurbished phones through Walmart in the past - but this one is screaming "send me back!" right out of the box.  Not so sure about considering this a "like new" phone... "been through some stuff and got some baggage": would have been a more accurate description.

I just received this phone. I bought it for my 15 year old granddaughter. This phone was listed as like new. However upon receiving it there chops all around the front part of the phone! They're everywhere you can see them as well feel them! This is not a like new phone! Im very disappointed! It should have been listed correctly.

"LIKE NEW ?"

While I think it's a great product. I expected the battery to also be refurbished. Perhaps I was expecting too much.  This iPhone 13 came with an 86% battery health. I may end up signing with a new provider if this starts impacting my work. Bottom line, not a phone issue, but I won't be doing refurbished again.

Low Battery

About half way through my 90 day warranty the screen %26 keyboard  started messing up. I have to push some of the letters %26/or numbers sometimes 4 to 5 times to get them to work. If I put on the microphone to talk into the phone I have to constantly push it to get it to come on and constantly push it to go off. I can be looking at something %26 the screen will go black and then go back to what it was on a few seconds later. Other than that I love the phone.

iPhone 13

The whole top of the screen is scratched one big one and several little ones You can see it in the picture playing this day. What do you plan on doing about this? It was supposedly refurbished not used. I thought that meant it was brought up to new standards not you get what you get.?

Buyer beware scratches all over the screen

The phone I received had a very noticeable chip in the bottom corner and on the side. I get that it's used, but that isn't acceptable. Should really correct minor damages like bad batteries or chipped or cracked screens before advertising it “Like New”

Likely won't ever purchase again

Outside camera lens and front speaker looks scratched up, not a genuine Apple charger, not black as described, but dark blue/green, not even in an iPhone box. I've purchased several “refurbished” phones, and they've always come in an iPhone box and look brand new, most with sticky plastic film over screen. This was supposed to be a gift, and think I'm just going to return it. Haven't even turned it on to see if it functions properly, but not happy with this product based on appearance.
