It's really nice. Got this in two days. Phone does look like new. No scratch, no chips and visible damage. Battery is at 90%. For half price of its original and unlocked, this is a great deal. Happy with the purchase.

The only complaint I have is that it took a day longer than it was supposed to.  im  happy with the phone itself

When this phone is powered down there is a purpleish colored dot on the screen that is not supposed to be there its visible to the naked eye when you looking at it I tried to capture it with camera but the light reflected a glare if you look hard on the picture you'll see it it supposed to be like new I didnt really appreciate this but oh well.

A little disappointed

So this phone is refurbished and supposedly restored. Well we purchased the May 2023, and now I'm having a hard time getting her phone fixed. And I have the Walmart protection for two years. They tell it's still in manufacturing warranty but this is a restored phone and is not in manufacturing warranty. So I'm hoping they can either fix the phone or send another one . It's my daughter's phone and she needs her phone. Hulll🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️Walmart….

The phone works well everything good, the only issue is that both of the phones I bought came with 77% of the battery health isn't it supposed to be refurbished phones, at least change the batteries before sending them to me, now I have to spend more money changing the batteries because is easier than making a return, so keep in mind before buying this phone that probably when you receive your phone you will need to spend more money changing the battery

Battery health

Terrible!!! I just bought this phone for my son. School is starting back soon and I wanted to be able to communicate with him throughout the day. The first problem with the phone with is upon arrival there is a dark spot in the upper left hand side of the screen. Also, the volume up button is pushed in the phone to the point you can't use it. If that's not bad enough you have to yell into the phone when trying to talk to someone. I wish I could give this phone zero stars.

Terrible!!!

The description doesn't properly describe the phone…in the description battery states 80% in the phone settings only shows 75% and to service the battery…I also had a new sim but was unable to get the phone activated thru straight talk

Not unlocked

When I recieved the phone, J checked the battery and it already said it needs servicing and the capacity is at 74%. Also, the device isn't unlocked to any carrier. Wasted my time and money. I will be returning it. Smh
