Good Item Good Price

I bought a grade A refurbished iPhone 8 and my the 3rd party seller was Vovoya Inc. I looked at the reviews for the company and all one star no one got what they paid for. I was worried I was gonna get a phone in terrible condition, a completely different phone, or even no phone at all. I got what I paid for though the phone is in good condition, speakers are wonderful, battery life not the best. The few things I seen bad about it was the maximum battery capacity, you could see where the last person had their case, and where whoever had it didn't no how to put the charger in. Other than that it's great speakers are dirty but can be cleaned and it even came with a pre installed screen protector. 4 stars from me idk what happened to everyone else but nothing bad is wrong with mine...yet

Am I the only one who got what I paid for?

This refurbished phone is in HORRIBLE condition! The screen is completely scratched up and there are dents all over the sides of the phone. This was NOT indicated at the time I ordered the phone. This is the first time I have ever had an issue purchasing a refurbished phone. I will be returning this phone and will NEVER order from this company again!

So disappointing!

this phone has a do not return clause I didn't see that when I purchased it but I had to take it back to the store because the battery was not working that's when I found out that it had a do not return clause. so I had to take it to a store that worked with iPhones I had to purchase a whole new battery for it so buyer beware read everything before you buy.

Not worth the price

second phone that was a waste of money the first one claimed sim was unlocked with it wasn't this one says it came with accessories and it's under item description and it come with nothing but just the charging cable but it clearly stakes under item description and specification what it all comes with and upon receiving it all I got was the phone and just the charger I  will not be doing business with them ever again not happy at all .

beware of seller

Super frustrated with this company. when I purchased the phone it was supposed to be on two day delivery however due to a unknown delay it took four days. Upon receiving the phone everything looked OK but looks are very deceiving, it took almost 3 hours just to set up phone due to software update, only to realize phone does not hold a charge and will often shut down on me when I supposedly have significant charge to phone, final straw for me was the speaker phone does not work during a call. I did try to troubleshoot with Google search nothing fixes the issues. I tried to call the phone number listed on the paperwork for “Westend enterprises” and got no answer that phone will be going back. it is of no use to me.do not recommend!!!
