I really like the product.  It has a substantial size and also a substantial weight to it so when it is on my back or leg, I know it's there %26 my body has 2 means of healing.

For anyone who has ever had a cold back during physical or occupational therapy, this is the same cold pack that is used professionally.  I like the larger size 7 the fact that I did not have to buy a cover with it.  I use a pillow case as a cover.  I am a recently retired OT.

I have used this a couple of times since I got it a week ago & it is a nice weight, very moldable & seems to hold the cold for up to an hour or so.  I keep it in the freezer wrapped in a cloth rolling pin cover (which expands to fit it perfectly).

Performs as it should by remaining flexible and cold, as well as holding up by not leaking like a DIY one.

It really holds  the cold for  longer than average.  I love the size because I can put my legs together and it covers both, calf to ankle.

I purchased two "Standard: 11'' W x 14'' D" cold packs for therapy after knee replacement surgery. I was charged $4.99 total for shipping. Both arrived in the same shipping box, but one had a leak, which was contained within its own sealed plastic bag. I called the customer service number on the invoice, and the company shipped another at no charge, and it arrived in three days.

The material inside the packs is not gel-based, but the packs keep a reasonably cold temperature for about 20 minutes, after being stored in my freezer at zero degrees.

It does get Cold. Very pleased with product.  I gave it a 4 wished it was a little more firm.

I loved this until mine got a hole in it. I had it for a little over a year before I had to throw it out.

Unfortunately, I've purchased two of these and both have split after freezing them for use on shoulder pain after my wife's surgery. They're leaking out the brown cooling material on the inside. They were not folded but, frozen flat.

They leak!

I loved the size and flexibility. Unfortunately, it had an inch long hole and the clay oozed out onto my clothing, and pillow as it thawed.
