Great product.  Highly recommend.  Side buttons are scratched but glass front and back are perfect.  Came with new charger and packaged well.

This phone was advertised as refurbished and it looks like brand new. The battery is 100% and there are no scratches or dents. The screen is impeccable and so is the back. This was a good buy!!

Phone was a bit scarred on the screen, and two small nicks out of the metal but worked fine

I bought this phone a couple days before a trip on the third day of using this phone it started giving me problems the phone shuts off whenever you take a picture and restarts . The battery dies ten times faster than my old phone. This phone something is wrong with it and I'm away for two weeks so I can't even return it rn. I'm so mad bc I have to get a new phone again . This was a waste of money .

Waste of money

The worst refurbished phone I've ever gotten. First day i got it , it had problems, to this day there's still problems. Better off paying for a new one. Walmart sucks

Better off paying for a brand new phone

The item was not clean and had serious worn around the camera lens as well as the mobile edge all around. While non of these issue was visible to the photos which was updated on the Walmart website nor mentioned in its description. While I returned it took longer time to refund me compare to other companies like Amazon and Costco. 
My advise is if you want to buy a second hand item from Walmart, you are not going to deal with Walmart, your counter part is a 3rd party company that not care about a Walmart customer.
