I was a little skeptical about buying a refurbished unit, but this is a solid phone! I'm writing a review from it right now. Battery's in decent shape healthwise, and there are no cracks or dents on the unit itself. It even came with a screen protector!

Great value and fair price. Both glass casings came pristine. Casing had some scuff indentations, but still better than what I was expecting. I don't know why people don't understand that refurbished doesn't always mean like new, especially if not stated as such. It took me two weeks to write a review because I wanted to test the device and know that I didn't have to return it. When I got the device, the battery died super quickly. After learning about the latest iOS update, I turned off the 5G capability and changed the clean energy charging. After doing those two things, I noticed that the battery lasted a lot longer and the device wasn't as warm either (I use my device for everything, so I'm on it all day). Very happy with my purchase, and highly recommend this seller!!

Refurbished doesn't mean same as Apple refurbished

Hello, my phone dies way too fast and I believe that I should get a phone that's refurbished enough to last energy throughout the day. I have to charge my phone three times a day and I believe that it is not worth the amount of money I paid for it.

Never again!  This was the most misrepresented item that I have ever seen.  Multiple deep scratches, fingerprints all over this phone.  The front screen also had a large, very noticeable chip in it that I am surprised hadn't developed into a shattered screen.  I am shocked and extremely disappointed that WALMART would promote this.

Please do not trust any description for this item.  They are very deceitful and dishonest.  The phones are actually barely working and very scratched.  Ive bought several refurbished phones from Walmart and they were as described or better quite often.  This phone was deceptively disappointing.

Purchased iPhone 12 Pro through Walmart. The ear speaker in the phone doesn't work and has to be returned. This is something that should have been verified by the seller. Huge hassle on my end.

I really wish ppl would check the phones out before they decide to send a phone that doesn't work. For $500 you would think people would do their jobs. Do people not know what restored or refurbished mean? It means you fix whatever is wrong with it before reselling it…and let's not talk about the run around I had to even send it back..
